AftermathAutobot Central Command was a towering structure overlooking what had once been the heart of the city’s commercial district. Eons of conflict had seen the site levelled and rebuilt countless times. The intricate network of streets, barracks and military installations had been designed to make any attempt to capture the city as difficult as possible.
Optimus Prime looked out over the city. It was oddly still; many of his troops, he remembered, retained habits picked up on Earth and had entered maintenance cycles. A city of robots, asleep. For his part the meetings and debriefings had kept him active.
It was clear that the mission had gone badly the moment the shuttles entered view. Each of them bore multitudes of dents, burns, scrapes, jury-rigged repairs and the unmistakable signs of conflict. Of course the Decepticons would have launched their own mission, but no one had anticipated the size of the force. Overwhelmed entirely, the Autobots had launched a desparate attempt to seize the Quintesson flagship.
They had failed.
A small number of warriors had formed a rearguard to cover the retreat. If they survived, they would be in Decepticon hands. Prime clenched the balcony rail. The expedition had been a disaster. And now…
‘Prime,’ Prowl said, quietly, ‘it’s about to begin.’
‘Very well. Let’s see what Megatron has to say.’
* * * * *
‘Lord Megatron, it is ready.’ Soundwave dully stated.
‘Excellent. Begin the transmission.’
Soundwave pressed the last button and across Cybertron the image of the Decepticon leader appeared on news displays and information channels.
‘My loyal and victorious Decepticons, I am most pleased to inform you that we have succeeded in recovering the Quintesson’s Flagship, Quintessa’s Revenge, from the depths of the Graveyard. As you all know, the Quintessons possessed many advanced technologies. Now, their secrets are ours. Already our best scientists and engineers are studying the ship and it is only a matter of time before it helps us crush the Autobots.’
The transmission ended as Megatron sunk back into his throne. He turned to the group of Decepticons assembled before him.
‘Well done, well done. You have won us glory, and power. For this you shall be rewarded. Especially you. Chaoslock. Once we have unlocked the Quintesson’s secrets, I shall ensure you receive a fitting reward.’

Bot text:
Attention! The Decepticons are attempting to launch another shuttle of reinforcements to aid them is looting the Quintesson Graveyard. If they get there, Computron and his force are in trouble. It’s up to us to stop them, so grab you guns and get ready; we roll out in 5.
Con text:
The Autobots are trying to prevent the shuttle launch. Form up a defensive perimeter and get ready to receive their charge. It’ll be messy but we can’t let them stop the reinforcements making it to Devastator’s assault.

Lvl 0-1, 6v6
Bot:
Perceptor to any Autobots nearby; we request support. The Space Patrol have found a functional weapons system but the vessel is crawling with Decepticons. We need you to hold them off while we recover the weapon.
Con:
Cyclonus to the Decepticons. It seems the Autobots have found something. We must relieve them of their burden. Advance to my position, we attack imminently.

Bot:
Autobots, help! This is Cosmos. I’m under heavy fire near the wrecked ship designated VL 426. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Con:
Soundwave reporting. False transmission sent. Prepare ambush by hulk VL 426, Autobot arrival estimated in five micro-cycles.

Explore the ship/Boarding Action
Lvl 2-3, 6v6
Bot:
We’ve managed to find a suitably intact ship. Hopefully the databanks and computer core will have survived the destruction of the Quintesson fleet. We’re sending your team in to investigate and secure anything of value within the ship. If in doubt, contact the Technobots or our scientific team. Remember, watch out for the Decepticons, they’ll be after the same thing. Also, we’ve heard reports of surviving Sharkticons. Make sure you’re careful, and no stupid risks. You’re a long way from the nearest CR chambers.
Con:
The Combaticons have located what appears to be an intact vessel. You’re going in to investigate. You’re looking for anything that might help the Decepticon cause, so keep your optics fully functional. Contact Shockwave if you think you’ve found anything. Remember, the Autobots are likely to show up sooner or later. Don’t forget Megatron’s orders: Kill ‘em all.

Stop them!/Protect the Salvage Crew
Lvl 3-4, 6v6
Bot:
It looks like the Constructicons are digging something big out of one of the ships. Whatever it is, we can’t let it fall into Decepticon hands. Get in there, fast, and take them out.
Con:
The Constructicons have found something, possibly a working power generator. The Autobots look like they’re about to swarm the site. Give the Constructicons cover while they get the device out and safely onto a shuttle.

Secure the Quintessa/Capture the Quintessa
Lvl 4-6, 6v6
Bot:
Attention Autobots, this is Computron. It appears that the Quintessa, flagship of the Quintesson fleet, somehow survived The Fallen’s attack. It is vital that the Quintessa stay out of Decepticon hands; the secrets it holds could turn the tide of the war. I want you, the Elite Guard, to capture the ship or, should that fail, destroy it. Whatever happens, no matter the cost, it must not fall to the Decepticons.
Con:
Decepticons of the elite cadres, hear me. We have located the Quintesson’s flagship, the Quintessa. Already the Autobots seek to deny us our prize. Move in and clear the ship of any Autobots. I, Devastator, command that you capture the ship so that we can learn the secrets within and finally crush the Autobots.

Autobots, this is Jetfire. We have reached the Quintesson Graveyard. Commence your search for salvageable technology; remember, if in doubt, contact the Technobots or myself. Be careful; we know Decepticons are in the area and we do not know what surprises the Quintessons may have left behind to guard their secrets.
Decepticon:
Attention, Decepticons. I, Devastator, command that you find any and all secrets left by the accursed Quintessons. The Autobots are sure to be close by; kill any that get in our way. They can not be allowed to salvage anything. For the glory of the Decepticon Empire, go!
