Legends Scale Roller [shapeways]

Weapon: Battle Blades
Jozaeh over in the Radicons forum has been making a totally kick ASS rendition of a Masterpiece Optimus out of the Legends version. He's even built a totally scratch made trailer to go with it :D

So inspired was I by this guy's work that I created a Legends scale Roller to go with his trailer. Roller measures about 30mm from front to back and is about 15mm tall with a 3mm port on the top that can fit cyberverse/kreon weapons or possibly a trailer hitch if you are so inclined. The model is for sale from my Shapeways store but is currently untested so the cost is discounted till I get a prototype in hand or it's tested by someone else.

I'm currently working on a Targetmaster version of Roller though I might have overdone it a bit and made him a Cannon master compared to mini Prime...

That's fun!

What are the specs on those split pegs for axles? I was thinking of using that structure for a propeller base, but I was worried it would get too small for the printer.

thanks, wait till you see the targetmaster version :D This will be my first transforming model. Not the first one designed, but the first I've actually gotten modeled lol.

Those axles are 3mm across w/ a 1mm channel. I figured that was the smallest I could make them. The "arrow head" part extends 0.3mm so I fear for them getting worn off. hopefully it should be enough to catch on the rim and keep the wheel in. At this size I don't expect there to be a whole lot of pressure being put on them.
