Sandstorm was my very first Triple changer, not bought but a hands-me-down from a cousin who had outgrown his toys. (along with G1 Snarl) Too bad I sold it off many years ago . I would've great fun playing with it now I'm sure. Anyway, Im rebuilding him using LEGO.

Does this thing actually 'transform' or do you have to rebuild it? If it 'transforms' then I label this better than any Hasbro 3changer. All three modes look great.

From what I see he transforms. The hinges all appear to be in the same spot in each photo.
And I agree, it has as much, if not more than some of the KREO "Transformers" and has 3 modes. Looks great
