List some transformers robots persona's that are extremly similar to G.I Joe's/cobra's persona's.
my short list:
1- Transformers animated Prowl had a similar persona to snake eyes from g.i joe's 1980's cartoon.
2- 1987 japanese cartoon headmasters Sixshot's persona had a extremly similar persona to g.i joe's 1980's cartoon shadow storm from g.i joe.
3- 1986 TF Movie hot rod/rodimus & G.I Joe movie flint had simlar personalties. as their were both portrayed as reckless hot heads with experience but went thru learing curves & rose to the occassion to save the day/battle at the end of both movies.
4- both 1980's TF Cartoon arcee & G.I Joe 1980's cartoon lady jay had extremly similar personas.

Well Cobra commander and starscream were both master minds who tried to over throw their superiors (SS->Megatron,CC->Serpentor)
Plus both were played by Chris latta
