Is there any cartoons or comics where Magmatron shows up in?

He is also technically in the IDW Beast Wars: The Ascending Comic too, albeit out of sync with the time stream...
Awesomesauce; Use it, you know you want to.

You can watch fan dubs of the first 10 (off the top of my head) episodes of BW Neo at
http://www.tfcog.net
The project is currently on hiatus while they finish up Victory and BW II though, so don't expect to be able to see the full story unfold for quite a while.

He's also in 3H's The Wreckers story as the Dinobots' leader (mistakenly).

Magmatron was part of the Dinobots because he returned to Cybertron to find Megatron had taken over. It was in his Tech Specs when he came out as part of the BM Dinobots line. But I think he and T-Wrecks were both leaders of the BM Dinobots Since T-Wrecks was listed as Dinobot Commander and Magmatron as Emperor of Destruction
