I lie. I hadn't even noticed what side the cabs were on. If they're on the correct side, it makes no real difference to me.

That's what I'm sayin'! As long as it looks like Devastator, right? Does it really matter if Devastator's been wrong for 30+ years at this point? :BANG_HEAD:

These guys aren't even getting Decepticon symbols when I get them. I really don't need to use 13 Con stickers, especially not G2 ones! :G2CON: I have enough silver G1 ones that I can wallpaper my apartment with them if I wanted because they tossed them in free for so long but G2? No way.

Also I got the upgrade kit to make him look a little more how he was in the show but I like how he dosnt have four arms that just sit around useless in alt mode but we will see how it goes when the kit comes out. And my set b finally comes in tomorrow so I get to check out most of giant my self in hand and not thru pics because nothing gives you a better feel for a figure than your own hands lol

four arms? he's not Goro from Mortal Kombat.

If I'd been able to understand the post properly in the first place I might have picked up on that being a typo.

Anyway, GIANT in green: Looks very nice, and the price for the combined set is pretty good. Kapow says it is expected in May, we got any more specific dates from anywhere else? Even just "late" or "early" May...or does May indicate the usual for 3rd party items, by which I mean June-July-ish?

All other sites say June but I wouldn't see why not may since set c for the yellow version release in may but who knows

yeah, it's set 3 being released so recently that makes me wonder, although I suppose they might have started cranking out the green versions of the earlier 4 bots as soon as they finished the yellow runs.

yeah, I really hate that when I do pre-order from them, I'll be £200andwhatever down until the damn thing ships. Wish they'd sort that out.

I just got my set b in and I'm highly disappointed my left arm port sucks every time I move the arm it pops out and the left connection tab to connect Crane and dump truck won't insert into the little whole I tried pushing it in with a small object but the tab is as far over as it can go and even if it did go in the connection isn't great anyways the tabs are very small IMO this set has nothing on Hercules and you can see how the extra money is spent

Ok got an update I got my crane and dump truck to connect I was actually doing it wrong when you put yours together you will probably see what I was doing. But that makes me feel a lot better about my set but the left arm still doesn't connect very well the right arm is great

Ok got the left arm to go in good to there is a small button you have to push to release the arm but if yo press it to insert the arm it goes in better but in the instruction they only say to press the button to remove. So honestly IMO giant is turning out to be really nice I mean I love my herc but the shoulder articulation is superior on giant. We are gonna get some nice poses as long as the leg come out just the same

Phew - you had me worried there. I have a lot of respect for the 'early adopter' pioneers who have to deal with QC issues on initial runs. Although it does seem that maketoys are good about remedying problems (as are the other reputable 3rd parties)

The only other set I have of theirs is battle tanker but I was getting pretty upset my self because I watched videos and he looked pretty good then I get mine and I'm like WTF did I get the one defective one. I've heard horror stories about some of the figures I own but I never had a problem but I was really starting to think it was my turn lol. Also I modded the head so it can lift up straight it's very easy all you need is a dremel or an exacto knife you just have to shave of a little plastic on the back of the whole where the ball joint meets the head. I only messed with it because they are giving us a new head anyways

After seeing the side by sides of the yellow and green, I'm definitely getting the green one now. $355 plus shipping ain't a bad little deal.

I really like how the individual bots look. I'm eagerly awaiting Green.

I just hope for Green that all the faces get red eyes and bright silver faces? We haven't seen all the final green prototype ones, but it look like Bulldozer still has the blue eyes....still crossing my fingers though....

Any update on when Green gets released? I'm assuming it will be mid July as opposed to later, but I could be wrong?

I just shipped my yellow one from BBTS yesterday and I'm moving at the end of the month so I wouldn't mind it running a little behind schedule myself! Between all that and Hegemon, I'm looking at being broke for quite a while!
