I am fan of transformers since the 80's. I have 35 years now, and I still having a lot of fun with transformers and I still enjoying it. The news cartoons and movies. For me transformers, will always be transformers.

I'm sure we'll think they're cool lookin as dinosaurs but what is at question is what roll will they play in the new movies? Will they be the antagonists since there is no longer a megatron or really any villain for that matter. I have a bad feeling these Dinos will be the enemy and that is far too removed from the established canon for my liking. But we'll see. I'm just makin **** up right now but that's what direction my mind is goin anyways.

Theres a few possibilities of the dinobots roles in age of extinction i expect grimlock to be the new leader of the autobots by the end of the movie and maybe 1 or 2 might join the decepticon cause considering some dont like optimus prime that much to be honest i dont mind that all remember its there interpretation hmmm it would be mega awesome if the dinobots could merge into the combiner dinoking then they could have dinoking v menasor but heh im probably getting a bit too far fetched either way i cant wait for the figures
