Yep. I have heard the term Phase 2 thrown around. Those three movies you just mentioned, and also an Ant-Man movie.

Yeah but Ant-Man is scheduled for 2015 so 'Vengers 2 is most likely going to happen after that. Just saying it's safe to assume at this point.

The way I see it, collect all the money from the sequels and Ant-Man, and put it to the awesome spectacle that will be Avengers 2.

Avengers is scheduled for May 2015, but Ant-Man is confirmed for November 2015. So, yeah.

Also Agent Coulson is getting his own show.

Okay I read the article on the new SHIELD show and thought,"hey this sounds like an awesome idea!" Then I read who's producing it... Sorry just not a fan of ABC's drama.

It will be produced by Marvel Television and air on the ABC network, and will be set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, sharing continuity with the films in that franchise. A pilot, to be written by Joss Whedon, Jed Whedon and Maurissa Tancharoen, and directed by Joss Whedon, has been given the green-light.

ABC isn't producing, they're just the distributors. Marvel is producing it, and also Joss Whedon is writing and directing the pilot.

Isn't Guardians of the Galaxy part of Phase 2?

Yep. Like Ant-Man, it's not coming out until after Avengers 2. Unlike Ant-Man, I have no idea what Guardians of the Galaxy is. The concept art looks totally pimp, though.

The full Marvel ‘Phase Two’ release schedule is as follows: Iron Man 3 hits theaters on May 3rd, 2013, Thor: The Dark World on November 8th, 2013, Captain America: The Winter Soldier on April 4th, 2014, Guardians of the Galaxy on August 1st, 2014, and The Avengers 2 on May 1st, 2015.

Guardians is part of Phase 2. They'd have to be as they have history with Thanos.

Ah, silly me, I misread the date. Well then, yeah, part of Phase 2.

So then Thanos will appear in Avengers 2 and not anytime sooner? Considering his cameo was in Avengers, I'd think that's correct...
