Yeah, just like Hugh Jackman was too young to play Logan in the original X-Men. He might look old enough now, but 17 years ago he looked too young. But a movie could take place with some of the cast that there is now, but the focus should be on characters that have been neglected by the series so far. Colossus, Jubilee, maybe re-cast Rogue? I always liked the 90s cartoon version of her. And of course, Gambit should be added, as well as Nightcrawler and Psylocke. And for Primus's sake, an accurate version of Juggernaut would be great. He and Sinister should be the main villains, if they can't make the movie about the Phoenix and involve the Shi'ar.Shadowman wrote:And if they do a movie set in the '90s, they really need to have a change of cast. It's hard enough to buy James McAvoy as a man pushing 50 in the last movie.

On a much more fun note, Day 1 of filming for Infinity War, confirms Avengers meet Guardians (though I think we all assumed that from the day Guardians was originally announced)
