Sup, guys and gals. My name is CombaticonsCombine?, and I'm here with the one, the only,
Masterpiece Masterlist Suggestion Board! Our first subject is Astrotrain. Poor guy. He doesn't get a whole lot of attention. So that's why I came up with this half-baked Masterpiece Astrotrain concept. Enjoy!
Masterpiece Astrotrain would be slightly larger than the average MP figure, reflecting his size in the cartoon. He would come with a few accessories. They are as follows: His gun, which would fold up and store in his back compartment. Starscream's crown, as shown in the Movie, which would be wearable for all MP figures. 6 miniature figures: Megatron, Soundwave, Starscream, Reflector, Bombshell, and Thrust. These would have simple transformations if any at all. These figures would come with small versions of their weapons as well. Astrotrain would also come with a small container of oil, a reference to an episode where he got ticked at the other 'Cons for using his all up.
Our next topic is Bruticus.
If my name wasn't a dead giveaway, I LOVE the Combaticons, almost as much as I love Soundwave! So MP Combaticons would be nice. Each one would be the same size, maybe slightly smaller, than Masterpiece Optimus Prime (V2), with Onslaught being the same size as aforementioned Optimus. They would all come with their own weapons, and would include detailed transformations. Each one would come with something that would fit the character. Swindle would get a pile of spare parts, Onslaught would have a strategist map, Brawl would have two missiles, Vortex would have some torture-esque tools, and Blast Off would come with a similar can of fuel as Astrotrain. They would all combine into the Mighty Battlin' Bruticus! Approximately the size of the recent Metroplex figure, maybe smaller, Bruticus would come with connector parts and some accessories, including his own gun and Superion's head. The size is obviously up for debate.
Next, we have Masterpiece Megatron.
Okay, this one is obvious. The current Megatron MP is terrible, honestly. Too skinny, and has a completely idiotic head. He needs a reboot. Nuff Said.
And another thing: Masterpiece Insecticons.
These guys are really quite overdue for a revival, plus Bombshell was the first G1 toy I ever got, along with Blitzwing. The Insecticons would be roughly the same height, approximately the same size as Lambor or Wheeljack. Each one would have their own transformation, of course, and a few extras. Shrapnel would have his weapons, some energon cubes, and a lightning-themed stand. Kickback would come with his weapons, a stand stand that had a indent, showing that he just jumped, and two faces. One would be smiling, all friendly like. The other would be his usual sneer. This would reflect his double-sided nature. Finally, Bombshell. He would come equipped with his usual weapons, and alternate grenade launcher hands. His gun would also come included, as would a stand that looks not dissimilar to a recently blown-up Autobot. Specifically, the corpse of one on some charred ground. To round it off, he would come with 3 miniature Cerebro shells, which would store on the bottom of the stand. They would be able to rest upon another MP head by some engineering miracle. Or maybe not.
Also, Rung. Nah, just kidding. This is about Galvatron!
As a lot of people on here have said, a MP Galvatron would be really nice. This would be an original mold, in cartoon accurate colors, might I add, more or less the size of Optimus Prime V2. He, being Galvatron, would come with a few...Items. A light-up arm cannon, for one. Also, he would have the same crown from the remake of Starscream, The Matrix on a chain, and a purple version of Kremzeek! He would transform into a Cybertronian Artillery...Thing, as he did in the movie onwards. This would have actual treads that rolled on the ground, and a projectile prop to attach to the end of the cannon.
Next, the Headmasters.
These are figures that I think are well overdue for a remake. Masterpiece Headmasters would be maybe a half-head shorter than MP-10 Optimus, with the head on. They would be fully articulated and have, of course, remade alt-modes. The Heads themselves would be maybe half as big as the Exo-Witwicky figure that's going to be released, as an estimate. They would also have decent articulation and would still be able to transform into the Heads. Each Headmaster would come with weapons and one other item. For example, Brainstorm would come with a briefcase, and Chromedome would come with mnemosurgeon tools. Weirdwolf would come with something to eat, and Skullcruncher would come with an Autobot head that he could "eat" by placing in his alt-mode mouth.
Next time, I will be discussing the one, but somehow various, Reflector!
That's all for this update to
the Masterpiece Suggestion Board!
Until next time, JaAm out!
