Had an interesting idea about Transformers: Age Of Extinction.
There are rumors that Megatron will be returning for the 4th installment, despite his beheading in DOTM. What if he does return, but then again he does not. What if Kelsey Grammer's human villain character is controlling his movements like in the Transformers Prime episode with Nemesis Prime? This would be a more interesting and exciting approach than "Hey look another fragment we found from the Allspark, let's resurrect the Decepticon leader from the dead".
What do you guys think?

Could work, but I'd definitely want to see Megatron as the big bad again.

Megatron's death in DotM is a crittical mistake of Michael Bay. Today we are simply in point where no metter what he decided to do, it is already too late. I simply can't see Megatron's return as a big bad this time, not after his humiliation in DotM. All Megatron's potential was killed off with him after Bay against better judgmenet decided to change the DotM ending. If Bay once showed that couldn't care less about Decepticons fans, he should respect that we couldn't less care about him.

They are probably just studying his head to understand cybertronian technology.

Here is my Megatron return Idea. Remember Kelsey Grammar is the main Human Villan in TF 4, hopefully he will be apart of a group similar towards that of MECH in Prime or something like a Sector 7.

Reverse egineering Cybertronian Tech to make Super-Weapons. I think maybe they Hauled off Megatron's Dead Remains at the end of DOTM & hid Megatron in a Secret Location such as Sector 7 did in TF 1 at the Hoover Damn being frozen.

Somehow Kelsey Grammar's group accidently Re-Activate's Megatron & brings him back to life. Having a new ALT Mode being Cybertronian Of course as Megatron despises EARTH MODE Vehicles never used in the Cartoons and was only the 18 Wheeler in DOTM cause of the events of ROTF caused Megatron to Change into an Earth Mode and Hide out on Earth.

Also I think maybe Megatron will actually become Galvatron, realizing he is Weak as Megatron being Similar towards that of Cybertron Megatron where he used the Cyber Planet Key to Upgrade through Rage of Defeat becomes Galvatron. Or Maybe Megatron finds something to Upgrade to become Galvatron I would use Super Energon or something like a Cyber Planet Key but do it diffrent than Cybertron did such as how Prime used things diffrent such as The Key, Immobilizer and others they could do that in TF 4.

My idea is that Kelsey's Group accidently Re-Activate's Megatron. Although it hasnt been confirmed he is actually apart of any group, His Character is a myster all we know his he is the Main Human Villan. I am just posting up a Theory that I believe he is part of a Group being like MECH or Sector 7. Since this is Movie-Verse it will be something New & it will not be MECH & also not Sector 7.

Could also be a Black Ops of a Special Branch of the Goverment. Keeping Tabs on stuff behind the scenes. Such as Ceberus in Mass Effect was Black Ops in the EA but later they Went Rogue & betrayed them.

Honestly, by this point, it would be redundant for Megatron to come back, no matter how much I enjoyed him.
First movie: trapped in ice, escapes, wrecks havoc, gets killed
ROTF: brought back to life, kills Optimus, does the Fallen's bidding, gets half of his face blown off
DOTM: hiding out in Africa, becomes sentinel's b@#$*, get owned by a amputated Optimus.
AOE: Brought back to life for a second time? Rinse and repeated, the movie will wind up stale. So much for a fresh start if Megs really might come back.

I think that more Megatron and few Decepticons should had survived DotM, and new trilogy should have only new characters.

And Megatron's ressurection is good idea only if Optimus is stay alive, and if that choice would be mine, I would rather choose killing Optimus than bringing Megatron back to life.

I have begun work on my Fan Fiction a new story without any of the characters You know today. Being No Megatron, No Optimus, No Humans. It would be set eons After the Time of them, This would be in the future there would be No Autobots & No Decipticons. At least not at 1st.

However Even though Megatron & Optimus wouldnt be in My series they would be in it like in Holograms & other various forms. Such as how Alpha Trion did in Prime.

These would be brand new Characters, younger, No Battle Experience, well except for Night Razor, and her followers After Burner & Thunderslicer her top Luitenants.

The new commander of the Autobots would be called BeachRunner, and Night Razor would be after something I call Elemental Chaos.

I also call my series Transformers - Crimson Skies.


I am tired of it always being OP or Megatron or Galvatron come on Hasbro 30 Years of this is ENOUGH. This is why I have begun work on my New Universe & my Own Characters in a new Generation. No More Matrix. none of the plot devices you seen in the Past. This is why I evented the new one Elemental Chaos.

Dont get me wrong people I loved Megatron one of my All time favorite Villans but 30 Years of Megatron it is time for Megatron to RETIRE. Megatron Meet NIGHTRAZOR.

IF Megatron is still alive, he should just be a head kept in some deep underground bunker somewhere, like in TFA. Or have that be the case, only not have it revealed until the end of the movie, thus setting up #5.

I'm hoping Starscream comes back, but I doubt Michael Bay will do anything with his indestructible spark D:

couple things...

1.- I seriously doubt he cares what "Decepticon fans" think of him.

2.- This isn't the first time Megatron has been killed off. Please don't act like this was some evil plan of bay to piss off "Decepticon fans" .

3.- If you must blame someone than you might want shift some of that blame to Hasbro. Its there intellectual property and ultimately they suffer the loss. So they must give approval before any characters are added and or killed off.

4.- Things need to evolve. Megs dying is part of that evolution.
