If it comes from Bay, it can be trusted. If you don't know where it comes from, be skeptical.

No where in that video does Michael Bay say there won't be Dinobots. He simply says there's going to be a lot of new things (species!!!) that he can't tell us about. Dinobots are still a real possibility! And I don't agree that they couldn't work in the movieverse. If theme park attractions, animatronic Dinos, are brought to life by a leftover piece of the Allspark, that would be a great way to explain the existence of Dinobots.

He said there would be a lot of neat stuff, he didn’t give a yes or no answer if they would or wouldn’t be in it though. Now what would a lot of different species mean? Beast wars characters maybe?

And besides, if you can have a giant metal scorpion in the first film, which is not a disguise, then you can have rampaging robot dinos, too.

I also wouldn't call Megatron's alt mode much of a disguise, either. Some 'bots just don't need to hide. They're too cool.

dino's didnt make sence in the first one but now that their covers blown i dont see why they cant use em now. after all its well within grimlock and co's personality to go for the most brutal alt modes they could get and if theyre still following the whole "no mass shifting" thing then the dinos would simply be too big to be vehicles (except swoop i suppose)

disguise is pretty much the autobots stick for infitration and intelligence gathering but the dinos are a much more overt heavy assault type of group.

sides ya cant tell me it wouldnt look cool to have comic grimlock and co go up againts the constructicons. :grin:

Still, he said no Dinobots, not no Grimlock, Slag, Snarl etc. so maybe they'll be in but with differnt alt. modes.
