Instead of, you know, letting them form their own damn opinions?

And hand over their money to Bay, warranting the return of Bayformers? Never.

So your plan is to force your opinions (of a movie you haven't even seen) on 12 million people against their free will. You'll tell them what they should or should not like, they should have no say.

Sounds like a great plan, just don't let that pesky little killjoy, "common sense", get in your way.

No, when I tell them what we know, they immediately turn off to the movie. Common sense is my friend.

That dusty rectangular thing under your over-looked calculator is called a "dictionary". Perhaps you should look up the definition of the word: "delusional". Never mind, here it is:

noun - a fixed false belief that is resistant to reason or confrontation with actual fact.

Please refer to that word before you continue to post about Seibs getting paid off by Dreamworks, trying to convince 12 million people to not watch a movie they want to see, and whatever else you have up your straightjacket sleeve.

Thank you for your cooperation. Good night.

If I knew a baker used bugs to bake a loaf of bread you bought without knowing and I warned you before you ate, would you attack me because I convinced you not to eat something you wanted to? The people I warned were either childhood Transformers fans or knew someone who was. They were appauled at what Bay did and were glad that I warned them. You see, if enough people go to see the movie, most will resent it and will be screwed out of their money. The money would warrant a sequel, and we would be doing this dance for three more years. I know what delusional is, too. It's people like you that want this movie to succeed with the added bonus of corrupting the core of Transformers with the monkey/bug body frames and the demonic Megs.

BTW: I've dropped my claim on Seibs after new details that have surfaced. Maybe now I can get to know him better. I AM a newbie after all.

I don't think is right to force your opinion on others, or try to foster a boycott of this movie. This movie is going to be crap, that's my honest opinion and if anyone asks for it that's what I'm going to tell them. I'l tell them how Michael Bay is directing it, well known for crap movies, how it's less about Transformers and more about action, how it has the sort of comedy that appeals to a disfuctional 9 year old, how they messed up the Transformers designs, how the Matrix is now called the Allspark, and ho the story is simplistic and uninspired. If that doesn't turn them off them more fool them.

Anyone who tells people to boycott a movie based in their personal opinion is a mug. If something was terribly wrong with the film (i.e. slave children were used in the production, or it showed drug taking in a glamourous and exciting way) and that was your reason for the boycott then fair enough, but other it's just freakish.

I'm not scared of many things in this world, but that sort of insanity really, really does terrify me.

A_K has a point. If you don't like it, fine. Feel free to tell people if you want... but boycotts, vendettas, and forcing your opinions on people is not the way to go especially based on your line of reasoning.

You are new, so just think a bit. Accusing the site owner of fraud and trying to derail the franchise is not the best first impression.

Because the original transformers series was not simplistic, think before the comics came around, before everything had this extensive 25 year backstory and go back to when you first watched those first couple episodes. Simplicity at its finest.

Although I think you sentiments are misguided, I'd have been very happy if the movie was just a retelling of the first 3 G1 episodes.
