found the blind packs today at walmart on adams rd in rochester. got everyone except the one ending in 8. Not sure which is which yet....checked the whitelake, grandblanc and flint (on corruna) walmarts..nothing there....oh accept the starscream and ironhide launchers. Didn't expect to buy them, but I'm a sucker for these little bot shot dudes.

I hope I find those Kreons soon. They're pretty much the only thing I'm looking forward to right now aside from the TRU MPs.

Rijie wrote:Hello strangers.

Finally got my hands on some Kreo Blind-Packs today at the DB TRU, about 11:30am. There were only 6 left in the box, and I picked up 3(the others were dupe numbers), ended up with Spinister, Sunstorm, and Waspinator.

I have to say they rock glaciers, Spinister especially. The altmodes are surprisingly well-executed, and they have loads of character.

If they keep this up, I'll admit to having another addiction...

Still want Galvatron and Skorponok from this wave, and I'm very eager to see how the combiners turn out. They are exceedingly fun so far!

I bought a case of 32 from BBTS and have some extras... if you need them let me know, I'll see if I can get you some.

Thanks TT, I'll take the remainder of the wave if you're so impelled.

Shouldn't be a problem. I know I got like 9 Sunstorms. It was crazy I kept looking at the bag number thinking that there was no way they were all Sunstorm was there? Thankfully not.

It's sad that you have to cover up the chest detail on so many of them to put on the back accessories. They could have made it more of a collar like the seekers, rather than a vest.

Curious if anyone has seen one of these?? I have NEVER seen one on Ebay or anywhere else until someone gave this one to me. Just an AM radio but wearable. Hmmm...do you think I've got something unique here?

I wouldn't say "unique" exactly. It's definitely a bit harder to come by than some of the other Nasta TF products like the radio with headphones and electric toothbrushes. I'd guestimate its value somewhere around $20-$40.

Here's what it looked like in package (I don't have one, I just found the picture):

Westland and Livonia TRUs have the tags up for MP Thundercracker, which is exciting. Still no Kreons for me, which is less so.

I don't think I care about TC....maybe when I see him...but I already own the oversees/previous version and everything I've heard (no alt head, midsection/shoulders don't lock and move up and down when you move his arms) make me less and less interested. If I thought TRU would eventually discount or clearance him it would make waiting easier...but TRU is still sitting on stuff from 5 years ago.

Don't get me started on TRU exclusives never going on clearance. I'm still pissed they just pulled the 10th anniversary Beast Wars Megatrom/Primal 2-packs rather than even bother trying to clearance them.

I'm almost embarrassed to admit that I picked up the hands down worst Prime figure made, Airachnid. Picked it up at the Flint Center Rd. Walmart today. It was the only one they had. I only picked it up since my OCD makes me get one of every mold. It's not as bad as all the reviews made her out to be, but is still nowhere near a good figure.. I should have just grabbed a Deadend instead. They had about 4 of them left.

Yeah, I'm just about done with the Prime line. It's way too hit-and-miss for my tastes. You just never know if you're going to get the good of a Wheeljack or the pure crap of an Airachnid. Between the rise in prices ($15.47, Walmart? Really?) and the giant crash in quality, I just can't get excited about these anymore.

I think I've already said it, but by far one of the worst t'formers I have ever bought. And the biggest shame is that she was one of my biggest wants for a great fig.

But I have to disagree with GM...she is the only figure I have been disappointed with. I love love love all the rest....in different degree's of course! ;) Good luck out there guys...

Well, PRID Bumblebee and PRID KNockout were both a bit bad as well.

I think you all should be buying Arms Micron. They are really fun!

I'm kinda getting down about the lines quality as well, but not enough to quit it. Really the only other lackluster figure for me was Bumblebee, but after I figured out how to lower his head assembly down where it suposed to be, I started liking him much better.
But yesterday I pulled out my Animated figures and it was like night and day! Animated pigures feel much more sturdy and it seems like so much more enginering was put into them. Plus they were about $5 less! *sigh*

I've bought about 4 Arms Micron. They really are fun. If they would bring the micron kits out over here and sell them seperate, I'd buy tons of them!

OOOO BLIND PACKS!! like $3.00. I'd buy the heck out of them!

I had an amazing find this morning and have to brag about it.

I was driving back from Toledo and quickly stopped in the Walgreens next to the Cabela's in Dundee. I found 2 Vehicons and they were on clearance! Got both for 11.21 total! Remember to check out those Walgreens.

Also, didn't see any MP Thundercrackers in Toledo.

I think the strategy might be to find a Walgreens in the middle of nowhere (apologies to anyone living in Dundee, but it is pretty out there) and check their toy section out for Vehicons. Oddly, they didn't have any of their case mates and judging by their beat up boxes, they probably were sitting there for a while.
The ones I found are already spoken for. Sorry bout that.

Just ordered MP Thundercracker online for less than retail and with free shipping. I wonder if he's going to be produced in high or low numbers? The next question will be what MP Prime's production will be? Either he will be limited or be Toys R Us's Christmas mega sale with a wall full of him. Thoughts?

Well, my online order for Thundercracker was back ordered.

My consolation was that I found it at Ann Arbor TRU just right now. There are 2 left.

Still no sign of Big Blue at the DB TRU, but I did manage to score (from the latest BotShots wave)Skywarp, BB, and Chase Shockwave, the only of each. The rest of that wave and the previous(Ironhide, etc.) were still there.

Let's team up on Blue Boy, I've a feeling competition will be fierce. I'm also in the market for a BS Chase BB, if anyone can hook me up.

I will certainly be on the lookout for Tcracker. I was lucky enough to grab one from TRU.com this AM, but will let you all know what's where when I look.

Just spotted some blind-packed Kreons and a $5-off Kreo coupon at TRU on 28th Street in Wyoming, MI. Just took one coupon and a pair of Waspinators for myself. Go get 'em, boys! (and girls if applicable ;D)

Woo hoo! Finally got some Kreon Micro-Changers! Livonia TRU had them out today. Looked like a full case, I didn't count all of them. I grabbed one of each.

Found a MP Thundercracker at the Flint TRU. There were only two left on the endcap of the aisle, and one came home with me. As of approximately 1130am there was one left. That said, it's a great piece compared to my Walmart MP Skywarp. The plastic feels like better quality and well worth the price. I've been fortunate to find every MP since Skywarp, good luck everyone!
