Is it just me or is it not fair for minicons to be destroyed in battle?

Considering a +4 Strength minicon costs less than 1/11 of what a set of Battleblades does, I think it's fair.

And also, consider Deflector - 10,000E for 10 tons of Electrum Armor? That would normally cost you 10pts in Strength, 8pts in Rank, 1,100,000E and 20hrs of installation time.

But why have them if they get blown up? I say change it or get rid of them.I mean can your characters get killed? Can you lose your weapons?

Use a Mini-Con when:

-you're hunting a particular person/character in a mission/arena
-entering special missions when there's a chance to get something worthwhile (ie more Mini-Cons)

Other than that, you risk wasting Energon.

I tried putting Mini-Cons for everyone for every mission, for under a week. Used up 100,000 energon, then I quit. You have to be selective when using Mini-Cons.

Energon trading for xp, can get expensive, and is risky.

(I also agree with Caelus above)

Geez, you know, half the the reason we're out of minicons is cause you guys are over-generous with the donations to the low-levels...

Yes donations make minicon's seem pointless, but it goes the same for weapons! If your a noob and you put on the famous Battle Blades! Your not going to do very well without your other stats! Don't put your bot/con in a high level battle against a level 10 if your level 0-3 w/ a minicon attached! look at the amount of points your minicon give you! If it boosts you up to the next level (theoretically) then you have a good chance of getting a good xp boost against +2 level opponents and if your lucky your minicon will survive! I've had a minicon survive 12 battles and was well worth the purchase! Just because you don't use minicons correctly doesn't means that the rest of us should loose them all together! ;;)

Mincons aren't really meant for the game as is. They're a feature of V2 that's been implemented early to test it and as a 'teaser'. They're supposed to be things that are used in emergencies only not something to stick on for every battle.

meh, save it. They don't listen. Let 'em waste 'em and write them off. Let them have their foolish "strategy". Just makes it easier for us.

Yes, donate you money...it's the best thing for you to do. Give low level BOTs lots and lots of Energon to buy up all the Mini-Cons, so that the high Level BOTs can't use em

See, thats exactly the reaction we have come to expect from the Autobots.

You regard your legions of n00bs as undeserving of the precious minicons, which means you should keep all your energon to yourself.

Heh, I look forward to depriving you of your planet, you dont deserve to be allowed to live on it.
