i hated the original animated grimlock head, that trapjaw and sunglasses visor look put me right off, so i went about making him a little more classicsy
his head is completely sculpted, and attached via a ball joint, for maximum expression, and his hands are from a tftm voyager prime, simply popped into place in the grooves of grimlocks palms, theyre a perfect fit.

Wow, that is cool!

I really like how the hands give him a whole different vibe.
If I had the right tools, I would modify his dinolegs/botarms to slide all the way in, first.

Then I might try butchering other figures in sacrifice to dino goodness.
