Can someone please tell me the names of all the comics surrounding the Movies from 07 prequels to between-movie-fillers? It's about time I read these things so I'll add them to my Christmas list. Thanks guys!

Live-action film series

Transformers: Movie Prequel (2007) A four-part series detailing the lead-up to the 2007 Transformers movie.
"Planetfall" and "Interlude" (2007) Target exclusive prequel comics for the 2007 film.
Transformers: Movie Adaptation (2007) A four-part comic adaptation of the film, released weekly in June 2007.
Transformers: The Reign of Starscream (2008) IDW's official sequel to the 2007 film, continuing where the Movie Adaptation left off. It began in May 2008.
Transformers: Saga of the Allspark (2008) Reprinting the UK Movie comics from Titan Magazine.
Transformers: Destiny (2008–2009) The 2-miniseries prequel to Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.
Transformers: Alliance (2008-2009) A 4-issue prequel to Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.
Transformers: Defiance (2008–2009) A 4-issue prequel to Revenge of the Fallen.
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Official Movie Adaptation (2009) A four-part comic adaptation of the film, released weekly in May and June 2009.
Transformers: Tales of the Fallen (2009–2010) A series of spotlights for six Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen characters.
Transformers: Nefarious (2010) A 6-issue sequel to Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.
Transformers: Sector 7 (2010-2011) A 5-issue series telling the history of Sector 7. The first prequel to Transformers: Dark of the Moon
Transformers: Foundation (2011) A 4-issue series telling the history of Optimus Prime and Megatron on Cybertron. Second prequel to Transformers: Dark of the Moon.
Transformers: Rising Storm (2011) A 4-issue series. Third prequel to Transformers: Dark of the Moon.

Thanks for the overwhelmingly long list, Va'al! I don't want adaptations of the films, I just want the stories before and between the films. If I get these things listed below will that cover all the gaps? Is this list missing anything? Does this list contain things that I don't really need?

Transformers: The Reign of Starscream (2008) IDW's official sequel to the 2007 film, continuing where the Movie Adaptation left off. It began in May 2008.

Transformers: Destiny (2008–2009) The 2-miniseries prequel to Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.

Transformers: Alliance (2008-2009) A 4-issue prequel to Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.

Transformers: Defiance (2008–2009) A 4-issue prequel to Revenge of the Fallen.

Between RotF and DotM:

Transformers: Nefarious (2010) A 6-issue sequel to Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.

I don't think there's more than that, apart from the Sector 7 one.
Fits between RotF and DotM.

I'd check with JelZe, Sabrblade or waaaaghlord first, though, if you want extensive continuity and evaluations!

Well, it might still be good to read the adaptations since they do sometimes contain info for the movies that didn't make it into the films themselves. Like the death of the Twins in the DOTM comic or the nature of the Harvester in the ROTF comic.

And the DOTM comic contains the Convergence stories.

There's also Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen: Unite for the Universe - A 5-issue manga series released in Japan that came with the two Movie Masterpiece Starscream and Bumblebee figures, with the final chapter published in the Transformers Generations 2011 book.

Though it was a Japanese release, it was written by Simon Furman and then translated back into English at TF Pulp on The Allspark.

It takes place after ROTF.

There's also Transformers: Cyber Missions, which wasn't a comic but a web cartoon of 13 episodes.

There are also six mini-comics that came packed-in with each of the DOTM Target exclusive figures: Deluxes Bumblebee, Arcee, Jazz, and Space Case, and Voyagers Starscream and Ratchet. These issues are set before Rising Storm.

And there's the two prequel novels "Ghosts of Yesterday" (set before Movie 1) and "The Veiled Threat" (set before ROTF).

Destiny = Alliance and Defiance. The two are mini-seires within the larger Destiny series.

There's also the Titan UK movie comics, which, aside from the few issues reprinted in IDW "Saga of the AllSpark" series, are part of two alternate timelines from the above material.

One timeline is a string of events that stroll through the three movies in a different story from the IDW comics that go through the three films.

The other timeline is a post-Movie 1 alternate timeline in which the Autobots lost the battle of Mission City and the Decepticons rule North America. Though, this timeline does not cover the events of either of the sequels.
