Movieverse Safeguard?

Weapon: Razor Tipped Wing Swords
Were the twins ment to combine? If you look at the transformers lore, and the fact that each of them has one big arm and one little one, wouldn't it make sense if they did? I Don't remember were exactly I was when I heard they were supposed to combine, but how do you think they would look overall? Like Animated Safeguard? And had they been in DOTM, do you think they would have gotten the chance to "Powerlink" Before their "Death Scene"?

I love the designs (making me a pariah?), that would have been soooo awesome.

Their personalities mixing up and they would become... SKIDFLAPPO! Speaking with a horrible Italian accent!

They DID combine. Ice cream truck, remember?
I do not blame Michael Bay for crapping all over a huge part of my childhood. He just directed the scripts that were given to him. I blame Orci, Kurtzman, and Krueger, who seem completely incapable of concocting a story that even halfway makes sense.

I Meant robot mode, not truck mode. I forgot to mention that in the description. That's also the only time we see them visuall transform, aside the burger king commercial, wich doesnt count.
