Mr.T got cancer?

Not unless the cancer comes back. As far as I'm aware, T has been cancer free for about five years.

I did hear that he had a bout with cancer a few years back but it was in remission and he's been clear ever since.

When I heard his laugh, I thought he was choking on something.

I think his chains contain Magic Powers. A council of Wizards forced him to remove them. He did, grudgingly.
