This is my first post so I figured I would start it off with some pictures of my work in progress Leader Prime DOTM with custom Trailer.

So I love the new trailer that Optimus Prime has in DOTM but so far we havent got a good one to go with the leader size figure line, So i was on ebay and found this trailer someone had for sale for 20th prime and I thought that will be great for my DOTM Prime trailer. So I purchased it and am in the process of getting it painted here is what I have done so far...

here is what I stated with off ebay..

did a complete repaint of the trailer. added a chrome ribbed tape on the sides, the autobot logo and a stripe on the side..
added the reflective red and white tape and the correct color air and brake lines. and this is shown with buster prime

what do you think

Holy crap that is AWESOME! He looks great with the other movie-verse bots in Alt mode.

Beautiful, but not proportionate. The trailer must be shorted than 1/3 long.

Thanks guys, Yeah the trailer is a little longer than primes in the movie. I would shorten it if I could. but its still way better than anything we have yet to see from the DOTM line.

Exactly what kind of trailer did you use as the base for the awesomeness we are seeing now? I mean,the scaling is also another issue as I can't seem to find a trailer scaled for the Leader Class Optimus.

I found the trailer on ebay, a guy was selling it to go with 20th annv prime, but when I saw it I knew it would look way better with leader Movie Prime! I haven't been able to find another one.... but what is the actual scale of leader prime to a real semi truck?

So you're saying the trailer sides are done in duct (ribbed) tape? Never would have thought about that. Looks amazing and as far as the scale goes, it seems like a great match.
