Boba would have to have a more serious advantage to take the 20 foot tall robot-bounty hunter down. Lockdown's what you get when you cross HK-47 with Lobo.

If Boba wants to win, he has to use a heavy weapon like a disintegrator. Lockdown won't give him the chance. Lockdown wins, probably.
