My take on DOTM voyager class Shockwave

Postby paul053 » Sat Oct 06, 2012 12:29 am

Few customs made on this figure.

- Giving him a rotatable wrist joint by adding a ball joint.
- Cut few treads off on the shoulder so the arms are lower.

More pictures can be seen here or here. Thanks for looking.

Motto: "Mine's a Sparked forged from chaos"
Weapon: Razor Tipped Wing Swords
Iv'e been pondering for the longest time. How do you add ball joints to his wrists? Do you remove them, pin and all, and then clip off the connection bit and glue on the joint?

Sigh..... I was afraid of someone might ask this.

Mykltron and I kind of have different opinion on this and while he suggested the other, I decided to go my own.   His version of doing this is actually better than mine in my opinion (you can see his here) but I'm just not a fan of removing pins I guess. Anyway, the way I did mine is here (Man! This custom was done over a year ago.....). And thanks for your comment.
