Need a good video file copy of the PM Prime/Tommy intro

...and need a copy of said-video to post on the site's Episode Guide page. I found a copy on youtube:

...but the video quality is somewhat low, and the retrojunk.com logo is at the bottom-right corner. Could someone please help me out?
