While I do like the Sideswipe figures, I'm a little disappointed it's the first version rather than the excellent Sidearm Sideswipe one. And it's a sneaky photo that manages to hide/photoshop the two wing-like panels on the back (you can sort of see one on the right, behind the arm).

But hey, it's a nice toy.

That Autobots united set makes me so happy that I didn't buy the retail version of these figures. As for that Sideswipe (not Stinger apparently as others have said), that paint deco is awesome but pass for three reasons: 1. You have to pay an extensive amount of money for him and a figure I seriously would hate to own (First Edition Optimus now with even MORE chrome). 2. I'm not a fan of the Swerve head. Had it been the original head done up in the same color, most likely would have been satisfied. and 3. It's a BBTS exclusive. I hate ordering things online. (I know a lot of you do it, but it doesn't sit well with me when I can't inspect a figure for myself pre-purchase.) However, if it's also a Toys R Us exclusive, then I apologize, for #3.

I just love the awesomeness of Slog,Chromia,Arcee,Nemesis Prime and Clifjumper .

Finally! Something good I can buy in the AoE line! That autobots united pack is a steal for me (since I haven't bought any of them) and not to mention they have more accurate/better paint jobs! I'm still thinking on getting than little red sideswipe I didn't get in the rotf line (looks likes it has a more metallic red on it) with that horrid optimus prime.

That Autobots United pack makes some of those figures look way better (especially Crosshairs). Any word on who BBTS is sharing that with or the price? I'm guessing Toys R' Us, which makes me highly dubious of the cost (see: wildly overpriced MP Prowl), but I've yet to hear a solid confirmation from anywhere.

Arcee and Chromia both look adorable. Love'em.

As much as I dislike the FE Prime mold...SO. MUCH. CHROME. I think I'm in love. Also that red Sideswipe looks pretty pimpin'. I just wish they'd gave the chrome treatment to the better Leader Prime.
