New Unbalancing Elements in WFC's Multiplayer?

Weapon: Ion Pulse Guns
I've been noticing some issues with the multiplayer deathmatch and conquest modes in WFC for the Xbox 360 that I hadn't seen until a few days ago. I've had matches where myself and a friend were placed in as non-aligned players capable of killing both Autobots and Decepticons. Also, I had a couple of matches where someone is carrying an Ion Displacer Turret around (not the Nucleon Shock Cannon that the scientist class gets for a 7 Kill Streak). I actually reported a player thinking that they entered a cheat to get the weapon. This to me unbalances the gameplay even worse than the previous issues that everyone has been talking about. Has anyone else seen this and if so have there been any attempts to address these issues?

Weapon: Fireball Cannon
The chaingun (Ion Displacer) can come from a Soldier if they have a certain secondary ability and an Ammo Beacon.

I haven't seen friendly fire or non-alligned before.

Non-Aligned's been happening since the day the game came out.

It just... happens, and there really isn't much you can do about it.

Okay, I see it now. It's a Level 23 skill.

Still it seems to make the game unbalanced, especially with all the fuss about the game already being unbalanced and their efforts in the past to fix it. That just really tips the scale.

Going Rouge is a glitch or something. it happened to me once.

As for the Displacer turret, there is an upgrade for the ammo beacon which spawns the gun over time. Don't worry about it, dude, just enjoy the game.

I hate the freaking lag in this game. People shoot me through walls, I teleport all the way across the maps, I jump all over the place while I'm trying to shoot, I shoot people but none of the bullets hit them, I swing at people and they always appear behind me; and it's all because of the horrible lag!!!
