Vanished from Revenge of the fallen? or do they die at the end? I didn't see the full movie

They survived, but didn't appear in the third movie (aside from a tiny tiny scene in vehicle mode). They'd have been killed off by Sentinel Prime along with Ironhide anyway so no big loss.
