I think that the "modified Classics OP" was mentioned before when the thought was to release the Powermaster component in this set. Having PM attach to OP required changes to the grill, but since PM isn't being released at the moment, there's no need for a modified Prime.

I would be interested in the PM and modified OP being released at some point in the future, because Classics Prime clashes with Trailerforce due to the lack of chrome. Again, I sure wouldn't mind another run of Henkei Prime to be made available.

They have a Powermaster ready and a modified Classics Prime KO (and it IS a KO, even if they change it up a bit) to make it all work.

But, hey, you know what? It doesn't even need that to be canon. At the end of Masterforce (I think it was Masterforce) all of the PM bodies become TFs in their own right, Ginrai included. If you absolutly MUST have canon fiction to justify this purchase, there it is.

I'm glad to see that the quality seems to have improved greatly over their first release.

I'm excited.

It really is a versatile toy. I even like that they made where you don't even need a prime to get the bot mode.

I had no desire for this figure, but after the review, he seemed a lot more interesting to me.

If I spot one on sale, I might take a second look.
