As long as it's written in the U.S. it should be fine. If they have folks in Japan who are used to writing anime stuff like Beyblade, Digimon, and Yu Gi Oh do it ( ala A E C ) it will most positively suck.
They need to bring Bob and Larry from Beast Wars back!

Orci and Kurtzman are "consultants" for the new series, and it's going to be "CG-animated".

I'm not sure what I think of this news...

Oh f**k and I was hoping it was going to be good, but hey as long as they only get to give a few ideas and it's written by lets say a brain-dead guinea-pig it might still have a chance.

Got an email the other day from Derrick Wyatt lead art director of Animated.

I asked him if he was working on Prime as lead art director once again he says no he isnt he told me he didnt even know about Prime.

He says his next project his called Scooby Doo Incorporated which is being done like Animated and Teen Titan style and is set to debut on CN later this fall.

He said he hoped his favorite character Swindle is in this new series and I said the only confirmed character is Ratchet at the moment.

He says he is also excited about the new series also.



So it looks like Prime will have a new art director and that worries me about it lookin more like Marvel Super Hero Squad god please dont let it look like that BS.

Actually, according to Michael Bell, who also tried out for Ratchet, there is also a character named General Fowler. If Combs got the job as Ratchet, I hope Bell still has a role in the show. He's a great guy and I want to see him in the new series.

Well I approve of Combs being this new toon. Never seen Re-Animator but my horror movie mad mates like it so that's good enough for me.There's a pattern emerging with horror actors voicing TF's (Tony Todd as the Fallen). Get Bruce Campbell to voice a TF and I'll be a happy fangirl. Sucks that Michael Bell didn't get the part but Im wishing he is in the show anyway as someone for us old fans to enjoy. We love ya Michael.

Aw, damn. That image just popped into my head and it was three million levels of awesome.

They could've even worked in Bruce's jaw for the facial design.
