Small world, I was there today myself. I didn't buy anything though, the bugling of the FE figures combined with absurd prices has quickly turned me off this line.

I feel the same way. About the only RID figure I kind of want is Soundwave. He actually looks show accurate and doesn't have any ridiculous accessories (giant guns/etc). I am hoping and praying Hasbro can work out something with US retailers to make right on the FE figures. If I get lucky, maybe someone will want to trade some FEs for some of my figs.

Hickory, Nc - Toys R Us store has the Botshot figures - 2 each of OP, BB, Barricade, and Starscream. They have one legends Bumblebee. You can go and order them from the store. Tonight I ordered Wheeljack, Soundwave, and Megatron. Paid in store, shipping to my home free. If your store doesn't have them in stock, they can get them shipped from other stores to your home. They can do it that way, by phone to other stores, or order like anyone from online. The difference being that if it is anywhere in any U.S. store they can have it shipped for free, even if it is listed as not in stock online. That's a great method to keep in mind, if ebay is to expensive and all hope looks lost. If it is there in a store physically, you can still get it, it works for everything Toys R Us carries/carried!
I just wish I had known that earlier, would have saved a lot of lost time, money and effort. The problem is they don't like to tell you they can do it. They usually just tell you they are out of stock and that's the end of it!

The Walmart in Kannapolis has the Prime RiD figures.

Anyone have the chance to spot Knock Out, Vehicon, Voyager Starscream, the whole shalooba?

No, there is no such thing as a shalooba. Just another figment of my crazed, yet genius, imagination.

In reference to Mindmaster's question - I went to Boone (Walmart & Kmart), Lenoir (Walgreens & Walmart), Granite Falls (Walmart) and to Hickory (Toys R US, Target, Walmart) all within the last two weeks and they are still getting in, or just peg warming (depending on store) the same old movie and PRID first waves. Cliffjumper, way too many Bumblebees, Optimus Prime, and Megatrons. My wife will tell me later if there was anything new @ Walmart in Lenoir tonight, but I very seriously doubt it. They run off of a computer system that only reorders when the computer shows low numbers in the system. I usually have to travel all over the place to get anything I really want due to the way everything is around here. Toys R Us in Hickory is a small store. I hardly ever find anything new there. I did do an order through them once to get some figures, which a clerk did over the phone and order from another state just to transfer to their store and then mail to me. It sucks! I'll tell you later if there is anything new here. Give me 30 to 45 minutes for her to get home.

Okay, the news....., still nothing new!!! The lady working in toys (Lenoir Walmart) said she had not had anything new Transformers related at all in well over a week. Nothing new coming in that she knows of. Surprise! Surprise!

Snagged Voyagers Megatron (Finally!) and Optimus Prime over at the Target center near Market Street (New Center Drive? I don't remember), Wilmington.

I was awaiting for news of a sighting of Starscream in NC. Thanks for being a savior!

I also picked up Voyager Bulkhead and Starscream. I found them last night @ the Walmart in Lenoir, NC. They were stocking GI Joe stuff. They only had one box of Transformers figures. The box had Bulkhead, Starscream, Prime, and one other one. Not sure if it was another Prime or a Megatron. I do know that they only contain one BH and SS per box though. I kind of flipped out when I seen them and in my panic I didn't pay much attention to the 4th figure. It was just a shock to find them. I didn't think they would come in before Knockout, hence the total shock!

Mindmaster, check TRU on Oleander. Both Starscream and Bulkhead were there yesterday.

Wave 2 Voyagers are in pretty good saturation here in the Triangle. I've seen 3 Starscreams today between Walmart, Target, and TRU.

Anybody here into picking up Bot Shots? Looking for Wave 3.

Haven't seen the wave 3 Bot Shots yet, or I'd be willing to help you out. I did get Cyberverse Ironhide and Dreadwing though. My wife found them at TRU in Hickory. I went to pick up Knockout at the Walmart there, but they had already sold all but one Hotshot (the blue BB repaint). She said they were the only two they had, so she grabbed them.

Not much going on in the Triangle. If you like DotM stuff, this is the place.

Apparently Wake Forest Target has Knockout and Hot Shot if anyone's looking.

For my fellow Wilmington collectors, if you go to that Tomlinson shop near the McDonald's by the college, they've got several DOTM figures (Crankcase, Topspin, Roadbuster, and Ratchet) and, what I was excited about, the occasional Generations figures. Skullgrin is all that's left. There was a WFC Soundwave... until I snagged it. Been looking for him for over two years, and I couldn't afford to let him slip by my fingers. Well pleased with him, can't wait for what the Voyager mold has to offer! ;)

If you live in the Hickory/Conover area your in luck. I found 4 Transformers Prime Weaponizers at Kmart on Hwy70. There were 3 Optimus and 1 Bumblebee. This was on 7/17/12 around 3:30pm on the very top shelf above the Transformers DOTM toys. I nearly missed them.
Enjoy!! I'm done with the Transformers Prime line they seem to be over selling them or under selling the rare ones. The upcoming cases to be released are going to have multiple vehicons and airchnids so don't waste your time with over priced ones on Ebay.

I spotted and purchased Voyager Prime figures Bulkhead and Starscream back at the end of June at the Wal-Mart SuperCenter in Lexington. Since then they managed to get in wave 1 and wave 2 of the Deluxe Prime maybe about once, leaving nothing but that damn overdone Bumblebee figure to clutter the pegs now.

It's maddening how this store and even the Wal-Mart SuperCenter in Thomasville aren't getting these figures. I'm checking nearly every night after I leave work and nothing. Either they're not being ordered or the warehouse from which these stores get their stock isn't able to get the merchandise.

Lexington Wal-Mart SuperCenter FINALLY got in Fall of Cybertron figures Optimus Prime, Jazz, and Shockwave (only two months after every Target and Toys R' Us had gotten them in). I didn't buy any of them as I had ordered mine a month earlier from www.hasbrotoystore.com before their price hike and with free shipping (ordered Star Hammer with Wheeljack to qualify).

Otherwise the Transformers pegs and shelves in this particular Wal-Mart SuperCenter are either empty or full of Bumblebees. It's getting ridiculous!

But there's a silver lining to every cloud, even in NC...

Out and about in Winston-Salem, NC on 9/7/12 with intentions of purchasing Hasbro's Masterpiece Thundercracker at Toys R' Us (which they didn't have in stock nor have a place on the shelf for the toy). However, I was able to find and purchase Cyberverse Leader Class figures Dreadwing, Nightwatch Optimus Prime, and Ultra Magnus. Although all three Cyberverse Leader Class figures are listed on the Product Listings page, only Dreadwing has a picture of itself. So without the picture of the other two visible, there is no picture to appear on Seibertron's homepage to show fellow Seibertronians that these particular figures was found and/or purchased.

Later I drove over to the Target and there I found Cyberverse Legion Class figures Knock Out, Fallback, and Autobot Tailgate. Unfortunately these three figures aren't listed at all on the Product Listings page and thus I'm unable to inform fellow Seibertronians that I found these figures via that page.

After leaving Target, I then hit the nearby Wal-Mart SuperCenter just down the road where I found and purchased Cyberverse Leader Class figures Battle Tactics Bulkhead and Skyquake. Unfortunately these two figures aren't listed on the Product Listings page either and... well, you know the rest.

WoW! I'll be moving to South Carolina this winter! I don't think I've made a con in over 8 years or so. It will be great to be back in the lower 48. I will miss Alaska though.
