I think this would put us pretty close to the theater as well, relatively speaking. Granted you know this particular area better than me since this is your area. This area does gives us a lot of food options. Other suggestions?

That's actually a really good idea. Should be easy to walk in with a dozen or so of us and it's just a 3 mile cruise up Dawson/Capital from the theater. I'm also trying to cut back hard on beer and they don't have any, so that's a good thing!

We'll just do that, then!

For those that don't know and may need directions, here ya go:

Is this really the location?

idk what Allen did to his map. This link shows the location correctly: http://www.yelp.com/map/hibachi-grill-a ... -raleigh-2

Best bet for parking downtown is Alexander Square on S. Wilmington St. I don't remember if it's a paylot or not. Either way, expect to pay for parking downtown on a weekend and be happy if the opposite holds true.

Basically, from the dinner spot, we'll -

1. Turn right onto Capital
2. Stay there into downtown
3. Turn left onto Hargett
4. Turn left onto S. Wilmington
5. Parking deck is on the left
6. Go back to Hargett on foot and walk two blocks east, you'll be at Marbles

Cleaned up today at Triangle Town TRU. Picked up several things I'd been waiting on, also found and bought the last Hound and Galvatron Voyagers. There were 2 each of Slash and Drift deluxes, now there are 0 (another collector there bought the other set, I did not buy both). Some single packed Strafes are left from Wave 2.

The product really seems to be moving, it's a great thing to see.

I'm not sure what happened to the link. I've since fixed it, since Google-fu isn't abundant. Also, Scotty's got it already on this end:

Yeah, parking is a couple bucks. I'd totally forgotten about that.

Ok, so I updated the original post with all of our plans. Thanks again for the help there, Scotty!

One each of Voyager Hound and Galvatron at Cary TRU. In the main aisle at the very end.

After viewing Age of Extinction today, I went to the Target on New Centre Drive here in Wilmington, hoping to see if all four on-screen Dinobots were there. Only found Slug (who I ended up passing for now, see below for reason), but found myself into a Generations gold mine: saw Legends Shrapnel Skrapnel, Tailgate, and Voyagers Whirl and Rhinox for the first time ever. Also, shockingly, they had literal MASSES of the "Silver Knight" Optimus Prime and Grimlock sets. With all that gold, I did what any sensible, responsible adult would do: I almost nerded out in-store and got an OP and Grimmy set, Whirl, and Skrapnel, with a lick of Scoop to get me up to date with the latest Deluxe wave. Probably the second-best eighty bucks I ever spent. :ic$:

I still need Skywarp and the Mini-Con Assault Team to get me truly up to date, so once I recover financially, they and some Age of Extinction figures are next on my hit list.

The Concord TRU has Hound and Galvatron, plus all Transformers are buy one get one half off.

Just to get things moving a bit, went to North Hills Target around lunch time. Not very notable. The front cap is gone and replaced by Turtles movie stuff, at least I think that's what it was.

Bought Rattrap and Tankor at the TTC Walmart in Raleigh tonight.

There was one of each left after I got mine. I got to pull mine straight from the box, so whether the rest of them got put on the shelf, I don't know.

Thinking about stopping by my local Target either Thursday (my birthday) or Friday (payday) to see if they've stocked those two. My Target is usually very good about stocking Generations, and has been a major source for all the Generations I've snagged so far, so I'm hopeful.

They were great around here, but then Skywarp started shelfwarming so they haven't restocked in months :(

Skywarp's been flying off the shelves here in Wilmington... in fact, I finally got lucky and found my Skywarp when I picked up Rhinox and Age of Extinction Slug last week.

^ Lucky Wilmington in that case! Skywarp is really unpopular here lately, but it probably has more to do with that wave being restocked about 6 times now. Honestly, it's been the only Generations wave around for almost 8 months. Not a shock that it's crawling out of stores.

Saw the remains of a Rattrap/Tankor case assortment at Town Ridge Walmart off Glenwood in Raleigh (i.e. one each of the last wave that wasn't there a week ago meaning each of the 2 other 2 got snagged). So, they're around at least here and there. May check Wake Forest later tonight.

Nothing else to note.

Grabbed the only Rattrap and Tankor on the pegs at North Hills Target. On sale for $10 which was awesome. Nothing else new there to report.

The Durham Toys r Us (3330 Westgate Dr, Durham, NC) has MP Prowl, AOE Bumblebee two packs, and MP Sunstorms. Decent amounts of each.

Raleigh TTC TRU had one each of AOE Generations Voyagers Slog and Drift. Bought both. Still a Voyager Grimlock and OP if anyone is *STILL* looking for one.... HAHAHAHA, sorry, just had to laugh at Hasbro's stupidity of putting more Grimmie and OP into the new wave case instead of more Hound and Galvatron or even just doubling up on Slog and Drift.

Nothing TF wise to report at North Hills Target. They reset the section but there's so much unsold wave 1 AOE stuff that nothing interesting came of it.

For those looking for the Guardians of the Galaxy ML guys, they have one each of Nova and Drax left, and a few each of Iron Man and Starlord left.

Evolution Duo Bumblebee at Cary and TTC TRUs.

Got Lockdown at the Target in Cary. Had to have an employee look for him in the back. 2 Drift, 2 Slash, and a Strafe on the pegs, but not the Lockdown.
