Umm, I think someone screwed up. Predacons don't use that faction symbol at all <--and even that one's the wrong damn color (at least according to the show ).

Nah, it's BW Megatron back after Beast Machines. He got ahold of some transwarp cells and crossed through an inter-dimensional rift Alternity style .

Seriously though, this new faction symbol looks pretty cool. A single dragon head composed of two dragons facing each other head-to-head style. Pretty nifty .
