Damn, $50 each is a tall order. Especially when there are DC Collectibles exclusives at NYCC that run cheaper. I have a very limited convention budget. (:-/) Even so, these are some great pieces of graphic art. It's nice that they represent G1 as a whole instead of representing a specific fiction/multiverse.

$50 for what could be made on adobe illustrator. No thanks (It does look pretty cool, though). You could always just take that picture and figure some way of upsizing it with a decent resolution and print it yourself.

50 bucks isn't a bad price at all to be honest. It's a very limited print and on 100lb stock which is very heavy weight card stock and has a matte finish. Perfect for this print and design style. Plus it's 18 by 24 inches....that's huge, assuming the image uses up the entire sheet of paper, the image is usually smaller so that it can be framed.

I buy art prints on 100 lb stock that i really like for around 40 bucks. So 50 is a little pricey but not too bad.

Anyone else get these? I ordered both of them this morning when they went on sale through their website. Skipped the varient since I figured it was going to be snatched up right away because it was a more limited print.

I was no more than five minutes late in picking up the variant thanks to my girlfriend needing to go to the bank; watched as someone bought the last one available right in front of me at the convention. After being told a few would be available this afternoon I decided to save some money to get it, only to have the site take forever to reload, making me miss out on it a second time. REALLY wanted that variant...

That sucks! I would have loved to have the varient as well, but knowing that it would be extreme limited quantities, I opted to get the other two instead. From the tweets sent out, the varient and the Autobot oversold. I was lucky enough to not be one of the ones issued a refund. Don't think the wife was too happy about the purchase, though.
