It's confusing because most movies only have ONE official, final movie poster and that the only one that seems final to me is the one with the two humans in the middle, but the dimensions aren't that of a movie poster.
I'm slightly confused.
As am I. Here's part of the message that Paramount sent the webmasters promoting the movie ...Paramount wrote:We have recently added new content to the TRANSFORMERS Webmaster Program, which can be used on your site to promote the film.
Title: Final TF Posters
Description:
The final one-sheets and standee art are now available for you to download!
If someone can correct how I should have written the story, I or one of the News Moderators or staff admins can update this news post and forum post to be better worded. I'm not familiar with this part of movies so I really don't know what a "standee" is or a one-sheet. I guess now that I think about it, a "standee" is the big ass thing that you see at a theatre around when a major movie comes out and a one-sheet is THE movie poster that you see at theatres that say "coming soon" or "now playing".
Okay, these are just the final version of the one-sheets and the standee, which usually end up being big banners on ceilings of movie theatres. So from what I can tell, these are not the final movie posters - but are just the finalised versions of the posters we've already seen.
From what I understand, the final movie poster (singular, there should only be one) is still on the way. Think of it this way, these are similar to the series of posters for 300 or Pirates of the Caribean 3, several posters with different characters on them, but we'll end up with one final poster before release day.
