Ever had one of those times where you sell something to someone or multiple people and you accidentally ship the items to the opposite address? Yeah I just did that on my recent ebay auctions... Of course one of the items is insanely rare and I doubt I'll even be able to get a hold of the one buyer because he won't want to give it back. So I'm going to end up having to refund $100 for something as simple putting the wrong label on a package. Yeesh.

Contact the buyers and explain to them that there was a few mix up's,when you shipped their orders.

Oh I'm way ahead of you on that. The only problem is I don't know if I'll be able to get the one guy to give up the expensive item.

Miriyas is. Guess it was a short run. Good news though. I got in contact with both of them and they're both sending them back so I can ship them to the correct addresses. So after refunding them the shipping I'll only have lost $30 instead of $100. Still sucks but I'll chalk it up as a learning experience.

Edit - (Don't) tell the buyer what's in it. Tell the buyer not to open the package and write "refused" on the package. Ask the buyer to mail the package back.

You know, I've always had the fear that I would one day ship the wrong items to the wrong people. It's never happened though.
What has happened is that someone claimed they hadn't received the package, and in that case, either the post office lost it or the person recieved it and the postman forgot to scan the delivery confirmation number. Anyway, I ended up refunding the money.
