Wonder who the fans were. They must of been Bizarro versions of X.

Um should be about that much taller. not wanting to take sides because this is probably going to become another fight with you guys but since we're trying to petition i thought i should make the reason for the scale clear.....

I want everything new to scale well with TF toys made within the 10 year window time frame.
Adult fans don't throw anything out. Most still have Ten year old TF toys chock full stocked on there shelves. So if something newer doesn't meet the scale of newer TF toys within a one-Two year period. Fans can simply place these out of scale toys on there older 3-10 year old display shelves. KFC UM will scale nicely next to MP-01,MP-05 & MP-22.

Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.

I suppose this does need a bit of explaining.
On March 31st,there was a overwhelming abundant supply of KFC Ultra Magnus pics. That kept coming in for days. Through the course of a few days my mind needed to fully process all these pics & info. On day one,I loved the pics & 13 inch scale info.
On day Two,I read everyones reactions to this toy here & on other forums. Most of the reactions were negative against the scale. Most made comments like They felt KFC made inferior toys. So after reading all these comments,I changed my mind. I wanted this to be 9 inches instead of 13 inches. Regardless of the 13 inch scale,I still had plans to buy it. As I pre-ordered it. I more or less was willing to buy this toy in both scales,The 9 inch & 13 inch scales. I figured various scaled toy is what those Robotech toys sometimes do.
Day three came & So did more pics. This time,The vehicle mode pics were released. When I saw the recent robot & vehicle pics. I fell in love with the toy all over again. I decided the 13 inch scale became a minor thing. As their were more important things on the toy I Loved like the MP Highly styled Sculpt,MP Articulation. Marvelous ground breaking engineering on the Transformation. close 1986 homage design. I felt the Vehicle mode was so highly styled & overly detailed it reminded me of those Binal-Tech alt modes. Regardless if the car carrier mode was based off a liscensed vehicle or not.
Ultra Magnus is one of my favorite Transformers characters. I have the 2001 Rid super scale Ultra Magnus & TFA Leader Scale Ultra Magnus toys on display shelves. I made the extra effort to get the B.J's recolor of 2001 Rid Ultra Magnus. Because I liked the mold with the darker grey & blue colors.
I loved the Titanium G-1 Ultra Magnus toys. When KFC teased pics of E.V.A.I Ultra Magnus last year. I sold the Titanium toy in preparation in getting the KFC UM version instead.
I debated for a while if I wanted Platinum Ultra Magnus. I thought the UM additions to the toy ruined the mold.
I have 1.0 Ultra Magnus alongside the Skywarp. Since they come in a 2 pack. I bought the FP City commander trailer. I had the trailer for a few years. I sold it a few months ago. Because I plan on getting the Takara MP-22 & KFC UM toys.
I got the TFP Rid Ultra Magnus Voyager. I didn't like The TFP Rid Voyager Optimus toy. While the UM recolor with extra parts looked nicer. I didn't like the base mold.
I didn't like any of the Deluxe scale Ultra Magnus toys that got released in Classics Generations. Most of them were lazy overly repeative repaints using a Optimus mold. The FOC UM toy with the new head was great but I still didn't buy it.
I had various 1986 Ultra Magnus toys & reissues versions. I sold all of them years ago.
2014 feels like the,Year of the Ultra Magnus. Instead of the YOTH year. As fans will be getting Two Amazing UM toys this year. The KFC UM & MP-22 UM toy. Initially Takara Promised MP-22 would get released in 2014. I think a more realistic date is Spring 2015. As MP-20,MP-21 & there repaints are going to dominate the 2014 year MP toy releases.
