UPdate:

iGear appears to have misassembled Hench. If you get him, you need to reverse his legs. Pop them off at the balljoint and put them on the other side. Then...the waist actually rotates. You need to then rotate the waste around 180 degrees. This will line the legs up properly so you can transform him the usual way. Hope that helps guys!
