Prime got his trailer?

A race car armed to the teeth?

Wow.

If the fans complain about Prime's trailer (and you know they will) they deserve to be drummed out of the fandom in a heartbeat. If this doesn't please you, then honestly, you're whining and you SUCK.

Some of the complaints about the previous movies were legit, but if you can look at this and say they're not trying hard enough, or that the trailer sucks, you fail. Hard.

You = Failure.

Seriously. This is incredible and I think Bay has definitely outdone himself to cater to the fans. If this doesn't prove that people do listen to us, nothing will.

Now, how will they make it in toy form? Will you need to buy Optimus and the trailer separately? Will you need to buy it only in Voyager form? (I hope not) Or will they not release it in toy form at all? Plus, what will it do in the movie? Battle platform? N.E.S.T. mobile station?

I'm stunned. I'm not sure who the racecar is, and I don't know who the red car is, but it looks cool. Really, really cool.

And with the way this is shaping up, they need to make another sequel if 3 does well, not wrap it up. The movies are just now getting good, don't save the best for last, take the best and carry on with it.

Really didn't think that we would get a Transformers 3 Trailer at this early stage....

EDIT: Watched the video clip in it's entirety. That bit of filming is from the race part of the script. That explains the race car as well. And now that I've had a good look at the car, I do think it could actually be Lockdown. I would hope it's cool, who or whatever it is, but it looks good if nothing else.

If the trailer disapears when Optimus tramsforms people are going to be complaining about plotholes and crap like that. If the trailer doesnt dissapear, people are going to complain about the movie not being G1 enough, and Bay "ruining the franchise for ever" just because the damn trailer doesnt dissapear. And if Optimu combines with the trailer people are going to complain about Bay ruining the entire franchise forever again.

Well, they finally gave him his trailer. I'm sure they will use that to make another Leader Class Prime and raise the price

I'm with you guys. I'm really liking the trailer, and I particularly don't care what it does in the movie; as long as it's G1 related and is somewhat of a homage. Make of that what you will, Seibertronians, either you're with me, or you just hate my guts and want to tear me limb from limb. Although, I don't agree that the race car is Lockdown. Not spiky enough...

It looks like an Autobot to me. Maybe Mirage. He was a race car after all. But he was a different type of race car that I wont mention because I dont know shit about cars and I dont want to embarass myself over the internet so that the internet police will come to my house and gun me down for getting a car model wrong.

MIRAGE OF COURSE!!! I forgot all about him! That is my final guess. So far, we have these to think of;

*Smokescreen = The car is VERY loosely based off the Alternators version of our patriotic-colored Transformer.

*Hot Shot = Well, just look at the car. He's one hell of a Hot Rod (pun intended), and he's covered in guns.

*Mirage = He was a Formula One racer in the Classics line (pretty sure), and his original incarnation was that also of a racer.

And as for the Ferrari, only one guess comes to my mind when I typed this up;

HOT ROD.

Or, if possibly, Rodimus, if they don't have the trademark for him. I'll keep up with the evidence.

At first I thought maybe Mirage, but Mirage was all about stealth and not full out assault... that might scratch his paint job.

Then after reading all the comments, it very well COULD be Lockdown, since the weapons and mods don't look integrated, but rather added on... just like Lockdown scalping upgrades from his victims.

But then after seeing the pic of the 88 car, I have another suggestion if both of these cars turn out to be Decepticons... Runabout and Runamuck...

I'd like to think that they're going to be Decepticons because I don't know of ANY Autobot cars so outwardly armed to the teeth.

If they are Autobots then who knows, but personally I would LOVE to see more Decepticon cars. I mean, we've only gotten Barricade and BARELY got Sideways (I'm only counting onscreen appearances, not repaints) and I think we could use a few Decepticon cars to bee-otch slap Bumblebee around. Who's with me?

Is it okay to complain if the toy isn't as shiney as RiD Scourge's trailer?

The toy version had better have a nice metallic finish to it and not some matt plastic finish.
