So this is what my searches over the past week have yielded:

Ross - picked up a couple voyager class (solar grapple/deep dive), and battle hooks Optimus - however these were the last of any kind of transformers at any of the locations I visited (Eastport Plaza, 82nd near Sunnyside, Lloyd Center, SW Downtown location, and SE 122nd near Burnside).

Fred Meyer - Johnson Creek and 82nd @ Foster have all the normal DOTM stuff ($2-3 more than WM or Target tho). The location on 122nd near Burnside did have 1 leader class Ironhide and 2 Leader class Sentinal Primes, however.

Wal Mart - all locations have the usual assortment of DOTM, however the SE 82nd near Johnson Creek location had a few Generations left (I picked up Dirge and Red Alert), including some odds'n' ends on clearance including an ejector decepticon that transforms into a toaster (hadn't seen this before).

Toys'R'us - The Sunnyside location had nothing interesting other than the usual DOTM stuff, couple Sentinal Prime Leader class's. However, the location at Lloyd center mall had a couple Ironhide Leader class (I bought one), some of the BB/Starscream Cybertronian 4-pack minibots, a bunch of DOTM figures, and a whole slew of Generations including Dirge, Blurr, Red Alert, Skullgrin, Megatron, Cybertronian Soundwave, and Thunderwing.

I haven't checked TJ Maxx or the few Marshalls in the area...maybe they have some more? I really like Ross the best with their pricing ($9.99 for voyager class, $6-7 for Deluxe class), but hard to know when they have stuff in stock.

Hope this helps! :D

Generations Thundercracker, WheelJack, Scourge, Cliffjumper, and Thunderwing (one each) at Target on NE 118th/Glisan. Also a DOTM Laserbeek (haven't seen this one anywhere before?).

TJ Maxx on SE 82nd had one battlehooks Optimus Prime for $24.99

Ultimate Optimus Prime at pretty much every Fred Meyer/Target/TRU/Kmart in town - no HA Leadfoots at any Target I've been to...

Sounds like you live in my area of town, Herban Lejund. I'm sure I'll see you around when I start hunting again.
