Extremely large but I'm toying with the idea of picking it up. Anyone own this yet? Wouldn't mind some input before I dish out $100 shipped.

It's the same company the oversized KO LeaderClass Optimus Prime ROTF mold.
other then the plastic being thinner, and easier prone to stress discoloration, I didn't have any complaints. All the parts locked into place, and the joints were stiff.

Even though the Electronics were Power Rangers sound chips. LOL

If he was leader sized to work with my leader Optimi I might be on board, but this doesn't work for me.

It looks like truck mode might be more in line with leader class optimus with a trailer but in bot mode it's insane.

If they want to enlarge something why dont they make a Spray and Rager scout sized ? Or PE Reflector ? (in proper colors) The only person who is going to buy this is someone who really likes DOTM Megatron.

I would love to see leader class Optimus side by side in vehicle mode.

You know what, I would LOVE a DOTM Leader sized Megatron, I cant believe Hasbro didnt actually do one?

At 40cm this chap is just a little too tall to stand up along side leader Movie Optimus/Sentinel who are only arount 27cm ish?

The company baing this should have really thought this through a little bit more as fans would have lapped up a 30cm DOTM Movie Megs!

I guess they were thinking about the scale in vehicle mode.

I'm not sure about buying this. It's still 100$ total for a figure that I kinda already have. Maybe if it had nicer paints... anyway, I'll wait for a video review before going for it or not.

I would get this in a heartbeat if it was a tad bit shorter... damn

I remember tons of people asking why Hasbro didn't make a larger version of this Megs, but maybe they were asking for a Voyager. Either way (as many pointed out with the Deluxe), doing so would always be way out of scale with Prime and the others in bot mode due to the fact that his trailer forms his legs. If it were the cab like Prime, it would be fine, but for the vehicle to be in scale, the bot mode must be out of scale (no mass shifting here ).

Shame Hasbro didnt have the idea of doing a DOTM Leader Megatron, cab only and worry about the rest of his trailer later, whilst Fansproject stepped in to create the trailer add-on a la TFX-04 Protector?
