Saw nothing wrong with the Beast Wars II Lio Convoy toy. This PE Version is going to have to be above and beyond to get me to buy it.
If PE wants my money for this, Then it's got to be the same scale or bigger than the 1998 Takara version. The Takara Lio Convoy was a big Eight inch Ultra sized Robot and Lion mode. If this is way smaller than the 1998 Version, Then no thanks.

Showing early renders is the smart thing for PE to do when gauging interest for a product. They are not Hasbro/Takara, every step PE takes on the design path of 1 toy will cost them significantly more and take longer just to get to that next step. It wouldn't be smart of them to stay quiet about a product until they get to a prototype stage to then find out there is zero interest in the product. Sure it's frustrating as a fan but in the same amount of time it takes PE to get to a final production sample, Hasbro/Takara will have released another 4 versions of the same characters (excuse the slight exaggeration but they could if they wanted to) with a few rarities added on top to keep the fandom sweet.

It's FunPub. It's their specialty.

What is, MO's, abbreviated for?

I suspect you'll be disappointed then. PE's never gone that large, and if they were to do so, it would be rather expensive given their previous price model.
Personally, I'm not too interested in this venture. I'm fine with my BW figs as they are.

For those of us who collect Beast Wars, including the die-hards who also collect their pre-Earth/pre-Beast forms, this definitely fills a niche no matter the size or articulation.
As awesome as Lio Convoy is (and as arguably superior his smaller Robotmasters counterpart is with its superior proportions and better paint apps, especially the DVD version), I can't buy 2 of them and put them on my shelf to represent his standard/Beast/Earth self and his Cybertronian self, so a new mold is needed.
The same goes for Big Convoy and Magmatron (I hope they're still doing Big Convoy and I pray they or someone does a Magmatron):

Eek, yeah, agreed. What the hell is going on there with the mid-section? It gets all narrow and weird, completely throwing off the beast mode proportions. Come on PE, this one should be easy to get right even if you only throw a couple of fold away panels on the sides to fill it in. That stubby face/snout and snarly fangs are too evil looking too. If the bot mode lives up to the previous renders I'll still get him, but if the new lion mode translates into similar modifications of the bot mode and the new bot mode looks as bad, then I'm probably out unless the final product in full color works miracles.
