OK. Opinion counts for something.... but are you for real? Are we talking about the original Lio Convoy? I like him don't get me wrong, but as far as Beast Convoy's go he's at the bottom of my list.Tsutsukakushi wrote:I think the Beast Wars II version was a almost flawless, well made, perfect, beautiful, well articulated toy.
Tsutsukakushi wrote:Still don't like the sleek, skinny,Tall, Ninja looking gundam robot head sculpt on this toy. Sometimes a head can make or break a toy. Think it broke this toy.
Still think that Takara Beast Wars II Lio Convoy Ultra Class toy has aged well. Still think it is decently articulated, High sculpted and beautiful looking. About the only flaw I see is no shoulder connecting tabs.
Still think the Takara 1997 Beast Wars II Lio Convoy. Lion form is the most beautiful sculpting I've ever seen done on a Beast Wars toy. Like the rigid fur, sculpt, Lion claws, Mane gimmick and pretty Lion face.
While I like the sculpting look on the Zoids and Gundam toys. Don't think I need to see them fuzed together on my update Beast Wars toys.
I'll be honest here. If Hasbro sold this Ultra class Leonidas toy for around USA retail $30, I'd buy it. Just don't think it's worth expensive Third party prices. as I think the Beast Wars II version was a almost flawless, well made, perfect, beautiful, well articulated toy.
Tsutsukakushi wrote:Like the Gundam Zoids sculpting this toy has. Love how every part has sculpted details on it.
Looking at that Beast Wars II Lioconvoy to next to Leonidas. The Takara toy looks outdatted Thirty years old, Undersculpted, plain, simple and booring.

If you can't afford it, fine. There's no need **** on it and make up reasons to justify your decisions.
