It's very hard to determine. The TM Optimus Primal prototype would probably fetch some decent money, because there is a very hardcore group of collectors that will spend serious money for anything Optimus Prime related. Other than that, it's a total crapshoot.
With a lot of the Beast Machines era molds, they're not intensely popular, so that works against them. On the other hand, there's still some serious rarity to them.
Personally, I'd hold on to them. But that's me. If I were to sell them, I'd probably start 'em at $40 a piece on ebay and just see where they go (maybe start at $20 on the smaller ones).
Best estimates on value would probably come from not me, but from someone that's got experience collecting such things. I may know a guy that can help, so watch your PM box for his email address I think most of his proto experience is from stuff that came out a bit later than these, but who knows.
