Plotholes! They're everywere!

I recently put two and two together while watching Dragonball Z the other day.
1. Planet Vegeta was Destroyed.
2. Goku flew off into space, and landed on earth as a baby (Possibly 1 1/2-2 years old?) And then Dragonball happened.
3. Close to 30 years go by (Right?) and Raditz arrives on earth.
Here's the little bit that URKED THE HELL OUT OF ME! Raditz said that Planet Vegeta was destroyed by a comet 2 YEARS AGO!

This bugged me for a good while, and not much else was explained. Then I realised something. Planet Vegeta's Years must be longer! Although that was never technically said, at least not to my knowledge, that's the conclusion I came to.

So tell me. What Plot Holes have you unnearthed? and how do you personally cover them up?

(NOTE: It does not have to be DBZ Related, It can be anything. That was just an example.)

Actually, the comet/meteor thing destroying planet Vegeta was a lie fabricated by Frieza. He grew increasingly paranoid about the Saiya-Jins potential and growth in raw strength. He especially feared the Super Saiya-Jin of legend. So he had King Vegeta killed and blew the planet up during Bardock's attempted coup.
When Goku was sent into space Planet Vegeta was still pretty much in one piece, this isn't Superman we're dealing with here.

I know about all that.
Watch Bardock: The father of Goku. You'll see that it was destroyed minutes later. Also, watch the new(er) OVA called Episode of Bardock, wich continues his story. I'm just saying, there is no way that 30+ years could go bye in just 2 years, plus or minus a day or a couple hours or whatever. Not unless vegeta's years are much longer.

How much older than Goku was Raditz anyway? Couldn't he have just been lied to his whole life, and made believe some other random planet was Vegeta or something?

I Have no clue. I actually wanted this to be a thread were you guys post Plotholes you find, then explain how you deal with them. I used DBZ as an example, then suddenly, it became the thread's topic! :P
As per age, I'm guessing Raditz is a bit older, since he's seen still younge during Bardock, the father of goku. He could have been a tennager there too though, only a couple years older, so when he came to earth, he was probably like, idk forty-five or something like that, and goku was like, thirty? IDK, alot of guesswork needs to be done to fit it all in agewise. If goku goes by earth years, and radits goes by the longer vegeta years, who knows? They could be the same age! This is why I like anime's like FMA: Brotherhood, were they explain (Almost) Everything. I like DBZ, do not get me wrong. But sometimes, a plot that doesn't transend the entire universe is better off...

Yeah I get what you were doing(though I'd maybe consider this a "No Prize Thread ;) ), so I'll try one....

It's not really a plot hole, but I consider Super Mario Sunshine as the direct sequal to Super Mario World. Why? Cause at the end of it they mention them going on a vacation, and in Sunshine they're on vacation. It also mentioned Yoshi and his friends going too, further adding to my theory.

I don't have super much love for Mario Sunshine, but it's a black sheep, so I kinda like to defend it for whatever reason.
