A desperate Knockout attempts to regain favor with Megatron, who has grown enamored by the return of Shockwave and his Predacon soldiers. Using forbidden technology and research performed by Jhiaxus, Knockout seeks to empower the legions of available vehicons and air vehicons, resulting in the birth of a combining army for the Decepticon forces!!! However, a clever guerilla tactical strike by Arcee and Smokescreen destroyed the new tech as well as all related data, resulting in only a singular combiner unit being fully brought online! Now STEVE Maximus will channel vehicon rage and displeasure at their former autobot tormentors!!!
