That's what i was thinking too, But didn't know if sites like that exshist outside of the U.S.. Either way, i guess it still ileagal (moraly wrong) if the production company doesn't aprove; regardless if there country doesn't have any piracy laws.
Piracy laws aren't restricted by country. Case in point, Megaupload.
Which was German, and we have the same Piracy laws as the US. Plus all sites that use a .com thing fall under US law regardless which country they are based in.

If someone can come up with a
legitimate pay service that shows movies that are still in the theaters please LMK ASAP as I would like to get this matter resolved. Yes as it was answered, we have netflix and redbox in the states HOWEVER those are movies that are new to DVD release, not theatrical.
No, does not exist, only for movies that are too bad to see a widespread theatrical release, have already been released on DVD or direct to DVD stuff, and then of course there are movies that are made for VOD, but those are almost dead.
