I was wondering what website Ryan used to create Seibertron. I want to create a site with forums, and Weebly's forums suck. Can you tell me? :KREMZEEK:

Ryan's an accomplished web programmer. Everything except for the underlying message boards he coded from scratch. for the boards, he's used phpBB software.

Webs.com isn't bad. Also, what's your site gonna be about? Transformers?

It was going to be more like a blog to help me jumpstart my writing career. I could have an ideas thread, previews thread, suggestions thread, character names thread...

I'm geeking out right now. Just look at my avatar!

So you want people to contribute their own ideas which you will then use to further your own career?

Pretty much, yeah. I have a weird style of coming up with ideas. The suggestor will be mentioned in the dedication for sure.

What I'll do is give some guidelines, and people will just shout out some suggestions which I will combine and compile into the storyline.

One more question... is it possible for the creator of a thread to lock it?

One more. Do board warnings become invalid over time? I've had two or three since I've joined the forums, but I currently have 1.
