Comic News International has been updated with an image of the cover for issue #3 of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Defiance mini-series, set for a March '09 release.

The character on the cover has been blacked out, but the body shape seems to hint at the new Megatron design. Also present are what appear to be body parts of the Decepticon casualties from the first film (Blackout, Brawl and Bonecrusher).
