a
blu-ray.com forum member has found a poster in an FYE store that confirms the release date of the Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen DVD and Blu-Ray will be October 20th.
There has yet to be an official statement by the manufacturer however, so that is still subject to change. See the original post

Seems pretty early. Star Trek doesn't come out on disc until November, and it was out a month before ROTF. And ROTF may not have even cleared out of the dollar theatres by October.

Just in time for trick or treat...I wonder who'll get this in their candy bag instead of candy
ROTFL!!! (pun intended)
Seriously...I'm not even sure if I'll pick up this DVD, I generally don't buy bad movies to keep. Unless it's got loads of bonus featurettes, then I'll consider.
Who's pre-ordering this?

considering the first movie was in theaters july 4th and hit dvd in october, this makes sense. i figured it would come out around then.
and its nice to see the steelbook mention. being in canada i hope that means futureshop will have that version. if thats the final cover for it, it matches the first movie's blu-ray cover so cool.
