So, forever-a-bot. :/
Bat, how is that possible? Didn't it come already transformed in car mode when you bought it? Or did the alt mode not fit together properly from the start?
The trunk has a nasty habit of not lining up properly thanks to the arms having to be tucked in there as well. The arms use a tab and slot system (on the arms themselves and on the trunk) when folded in, but it's hard to make it all work.
Well, to offer an opposing point of view, I myself have had no problems transforming either of these figures. I find that if you tab the arms into the trunk, then fold the trunk up, it all comes together nicely. I feel bad for those who may have trouble transforming these guys, as they do have nice looking car modes. But I have a hard time seeing what the problem they are having is.
As for the original poster's leg question... I like Wheeljack's legs the way they are. It helps to add to the distinctiveness of Wheeljack and Tracks as two different characters. Besides, it is also fairly accurate to the look of Wheeljack's G1 toy. That being said, however, if you enjoy your own Wheeljack better with mistransformed legs, more power to you! It is your toy, enjoy it as you wish!
Shameless self plug for my review of these two figures! Have a nice day.
