zatara1701 wrote:I think we need more than that pic as conclusive proof of a Masterpiece Thundercracker... Heck, it looks like a Photoshopped pic of some real f15's.

I think it's cool they want to do all the seekers, but can we PLEASE have something between them??? For goddsake...first you have MP-01, then repaint him as Ultra Magnus (which I think is crap, because Magnus has always been MORE than a Prime repaint, but seems destined to that role now). Now they come out with Starscream and are going to release the seekers in a row???? Come on!!! I'm not a completest, so why the hell do I want to buy $300 of the same figure?

Grimlock, Rodimus, Galvatron... Hell, I vote make all the Aerial Bots (or ANY combiners) and make a GIANT F-ING ROBOT!! How cool would that be??? He'd be like 3 feet tall...I's spend $500-600 on that over time.

I have been on the masterpiece Devastator kick for awhile. I'll pay for them each individually! Talk about a bank just waiting to be opened up! Every TF fan would have to get one of eash of the six guys...what TF fan could resist MP Devastator!?!

I don't think it's too much of a stretch to expect a MP Thundercracker announcement before year end. They're obviously going to milk this mold for all it's worth and if the reports are true then they have done some improvements over the original MP-03 release.

I'll be pre-ordering TC when it's made official.

I remember this pic from a thread going back a few months.

Yeah, we saw this pic a few weeks back since it's directly on the back of Skywarp's box. There was a long thread of speculation then. This doesn't really add credence either way or bring anything new to the table. I'd certainly buy it but I've said these words before. It does look like there are faction symbols on the wings. I suppose that's a detail we have yet to see. Perhaps it's coming. I can only hope.

yes, you have. It's on the back of the mp6 box, as one member who i cant remember was nice enough to point out the first time pics of said box were posted.

No, that wasn't it.....it was waaaaay back, like in 05. Call me crazy if you will, but I know I saw the exact image or one just like it. Who cares?

well i know there was a member using a very similar pic as a sig...whether that dates back to 05 or not is beyond me, that was before my time...

I'm not surprised but I was really hoping for a new design.

Grimlock, Bumblebee, Shockwave or Omega Supreme would be at the top of my list for MP 7. What I would really love is too see are the Combaticons, Constructicons or Stunticons or in the MP series.

I saw this pic a long time ago when MP StarScream came out. I can't remeber where but it was in an article about how the G1 color schemes would actualy work today or something.

Granted it could be a different similar picture that I'm thinking of but I don't think so.

I think I'm thinking of the same thing Decepticlone SoundWave saw.

Still if this is correct, I'll go order my SkyWarp now!

I agree it seems like someone had it as a signature image there for a while after Starscream was released.

This picture now makes it's debut. I mentioned that Thundercracker was probably gonna be next back in the forum topic that had the first image of the back of Skywarp's box.

There is someone (Jestermon? - I'm so sorry, I've forgotten who!) that has a similar sig picture. Their sig is basically comrpised if three separate pictures of real-life F15's Photoshopped (or similar) into G1 Seeker colours. Beneath it they had a sentence reading something like "Who said real-life jets in Seeker colours wouldn't look cool?".

The three recoloured Seeker pictures were taken from the site (maybe his/her own site?) that is linked in Mr O's post above mine.

Is that what you're thinking of, Down Shift?

I remember spotting and posting that when the first in-package images of Masterpiece Skywarp came out. You could just see that image on the back of the box because it was really small, but you could tell it was Thundercracker.

Good to see we finally see a better version of that pic. Looks hot. If those are the colours they decide to go with, I have a newfound respect for 'Cracker.

I think I could, lets face it, they wouldn't go for all 6 bots, and if they did they'd be half the size at twice the cost because they know we'd have to pay.

Top that with the constant decrease in QC of this line and I'm pretty sure MP Devastaror would just be shiny junk waiting for a light breeze to make him crumble!

So no, avoid the combiners unless price goes down and QC goes up, which never happens!

I would shell out for all The Seekers, to me they are just about the only acceptable figures to repaint. I always say their similar designs as more of a uniform than designer laziness!

But the next MP figures I'd realy like to see are Galvatron(I've been screaming that since G1) and SixShot.

Galvatron does deserve some royal tretment, and SixShot would just be fun!
